Kindly follow the following steps for the admission procedure

STEP-1

ONLINE REGISTRATION

• Visit school website https://thegurukul.guru , select the branch and click on Online Registration tab to fill the Registration Form

• Alternatively download the school mobile application using the link  given on the school website. Go on Admission Tab to fill the Registration Form for the class applying for.

STEP-2

REGISTRATION FEE

• Use a credit card/debit card/internet banking to make the payment for the Registration Fee

• For the classes in which no vacancy is available currently, application form can be submitted without Registration Fee.

• Download the receipt of Registration Fee to get the schedule of informal interaction

STEP-3

INFORMAL INTERACTION

• Admission for classes Cocoon to Nursery would be made after an informal interaction between the parents and the school Principal on first come first serve basis. Admissions to class KG onwards are made on first come first serve basis depending on the availability of vacant seats. The child’s latest result of previous school is considered followed by an informal interaction of the Principal with the child and the parent.

• After informal interaction/ application submission, visit the ‘Check Status’ tab available on the school website under Online Registration Tab. Use mobile number given for school alerts and child’s date of birth to check the status of your admission/ application request.

STEP-4

DEPOSITION OF FEE

• When the application status on the check status reflects as ‘Granted’ , fee has to be deposited within four days of confirmation of admission or else it will be declared null and void. In such a case the child’s seat will be offered to the next candidate.

Age Criteria (As per NEP Guidelines)
As on 31st March of the year of Admission

• Cocoon :  2 – 3 years

• Cocoon + :  3-4 years

• Nursery :  4-5 years

Documents Required at the time of Admission

• Birth certificate of the child ( self attested)

• School leaving certificate of the child (in original) (if applicable)

• Aadhaar card of the child (self attested)

• Latest passport size coloured photographs

  •  Child – 5

  •  Mother – 1

  •  Father – 1

General Instructions

• Meritorious and specially talented students at various state/national levels in the field of scholastic, co-scholastic or sports would be given preference.

• For admission to all classes, the decision of the school panel would be final. The management of the school, acting through its Principal, reserves the right to grant or refuse admission.
